I’ve been having this problem right. I feel so tired and I’m constantly having a crazy headache. It all started when I stopped eating healty. So a couple days ago I started eating healty again. I was so sick of feeling like this and trust me, if you eat unhealthy you’re gonna feel like shit.
This is yoghurt 0% with frozen fruit and some muesli. The yoghurt is really sour.
Does anyone has other healty food recipes?
